  • Peer Review Policy

Stardom Scientific Journal of Natural and Engineering Sciences adopts a rigorous Double-Blind Peer Review system to ensure objectivity, transparency, and academic integrity. The identities of both authors and reviewers are strictly concealed throughout the entire review process, allowing manuscripts to be evaluated solely on their scholarly merit. All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening to verify scope compliance, formatting accuracy, originality, and ethical adherence, including plagiarism detection. Manuscripts passing this stage are reviewed by at least two independent expert reviewers from different institutions. Reviewers assess originality, methodological rigor, scientific value, clarity, and ethical standards. In the event of conflicting reviewer reports, a third independent reviewer is consulted. Final publication decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief or Editorial Board based on reviewers’ recommendations and the successful completion of required revisions. All peer review records are treated as strictly confidential.

  • Publication Ethics Policy

The journal adheres to the principles and best practices established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Authors are required to submit original work that has not been previously published or simultaneously submitted elsewhere. Any form of plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, or unethical research behavior is strictly prohibited. All sources must be properly cited, and permissions obtained for copyrighted materials. Editors and reviewers are expected to uphold confidentiality, impartiality, and professional integrity.

Suspected cases of ethical misconduct are investigated thoroughly, and appropriate actions are taken in accordance with international publishing standards.

  • Retraction and Correction Policy

The journal is committed to preserving the integrity of the scholarly record. Articles may be corrected or retracted if significant errors, ethical violations, or unreliable data are identified post-publication. Grounds for retraction include major scientific inaccuracies, plagiarism, undisclosed conflicts of interest, or research misconduct. A formal investigation is conducted prior to any decision. Retraction or correction notices are published transparently and linked to the original article. Retracted articles remain accessible in the archive with a clear status indication. Authors and affiliated institutions are formally notified when necessary.

  • Conflict of Interest Policy

All authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial, personal, academic, or institutional relationships that could influence the objectivity of the publication process. Conflicts of interest must be declared at the time of submission or review. The editorial board evaluates disclosed conflicts and determines appropriate actions, including recusal when necessary.
